Requires the Board of Registration in Medicine and Center for Health Information and Analysis to collect and publish data on the cultural, ethnic, linguistic, and educational composition of the physician workforce in Massachusetts

Licensed health care facilities must report annual data on physicians, fellows, interns, and residents including demographics (race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation), languages spoken, medical specialty, practice duration, leadership positions, academic appointments, educational debt, and employment status

Aggregated data must be published on the Board of Registration in Medicine website within 60 days after each year ends

Center for Health Information and Analysis must submit an annual report to the Legislature and Department of Public Health by February 28th each year

Act takes effect 90 days after enactment
