Creates a new "senior psychologist" license category by July 1, 2026 for psychologists licensed and practicing in other states whose original training records may no longer be available

Requires applicants to hold a doctoral degree in psychology from a regionally accredited institution and have licensure through state or provincial psychology boards that are members of the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards

Board must establish regulations specifying required years of licensure, years of active practice immediately prior to application, and years free from disciplinary sanctions

Additional requirements such as the state jurisprudence exam may be required, provided they do not create an unreasonable burden on senior psychologist applicants

Amends Section 119 of Chapter 112 of Massachusetts General Laws
