Amends Section 13D of Chapter 265 of the General Laws to explicitly include public transit workers among protected public employees in assault and battery statutes

Establishes penalties of imprisonment for 90 days to 2½ years in a house of correction, or fines ranging from $500 to $5,000 for assault and battery on public employees performing their duties

Specifically criminalizes assault and battery by means of a "bodily substance" against public employees, including transit workers

Defines "bodily substance" as any human secretion, discharge, or emission including blood, saliva, mucous, semen, urine, or feces
