Authorizes the Town of Concord to use ranked choice voting for all elected town offices where more than 2 candidates appear on the ballot for single-seat races, or more candidates than seats for multi-seat races

Establishes an instant-runoff tabulation process where candidates with the fewest votes are eliminated in successive rounds until one candidate receives the most votes among the final two continuing candidates

Requires ballots to transfer to a voter's next highest-ranked continuing candidate when their preferred candidate is eliminated or elected

Grants the Town Clerk authority to promulgate rules for implementation and to establish tie-breaking procedures when candidates are tied with the fewest votes

Takes effect upon passage provided there are at least 90 days until the next election; filed 9/15/2025 with local approval received
