License is restricted to 233 Broad Street and cannot be transferred to any other location; new applicants may only operate at the same address

If the license is terminated, cancelled, or revoked, the licensing authority has 3 years to grant it to a new applicant at the same location, otherwise the license dissolves

License must be issued within 2 years of the act's effective date; the bill has received local approval from Bridgewater Town Council
