Amends Chapter 169 of the Acts of 2012 (as previously amended in 2016) governing Sudbury's means-tested senior citizen property tax exemption by replacing sections 5, 6, and 8

Allows the exemption to be restarted by majority vote at any regular or special election, with the select board placing the question on the ballot; changes take effect 30 days after approval

Allows the exemption to be paused by majority vote at any regular or special election, with the select board placing the question on the ballot; requires a subsequent election to restart if paused

Requires Sudbury town meeting to vote every 3 years on whether to extend the senior citizen property tax exemption for another 3-year term

If town meeting votes against extension, the exemption is paused until a subsequent town meeting votes to restart it for another 3-year term
