Authorizes the Hopedale Select Board to appoint a Town Administrator as the town's chief administrative officer, with compensation set by contract under G.L. c. 41 § 108N

Requires the Town Administrator to be a full-time position based solely on executive and administrative qualifications, with previous municipal administration experience

Grants the Administrator authority over budget preparation, purchasing, contract negotiation, personnel administration, and recommending candidates for Select Board appointments

Allows removal by majority vote of the Select Board for good cause, with written notice and a due process hearing required

Permits appointment of a temporary Town Administrator for up to 3 months (renewable once for another 3 months) if the position becomes vacant or the Administrator is on extended leave
