Establishes a special commission to study financial relationships between Massachusetts entities (corporations, state agencies, K-12 schools, universities, and other organizations) and Chinese state-owned companies

Commission will identify Massachusetts-based assets held by Chinese state-owned companies, assess how Chinese business operations affect local industries, and evaluate dangers to the commonwealth's economic wellbeing and sovereignty

Commission membership includes legislative leaders from both parties, chairs of economic development and export committees, the House Asian Caucus chair, and executive branch officials including the Secretary of the Commonwealth, Treasurer, and State Auditor

Industry representation includes appointees from the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Technology Leadership Council, Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, Bankers Association, and Biotechnology Council

Final report with findings and recommendations due to the House and Senate clerks by December 31, 2027
