Authorizes ranked choice voting for all elected town offices in Bedford, Massachusetts, with exceptions for single-seat races with 2 or fewer candidates and multi-seat races where candidates don't exceed available seats

Establishes a round-by-round tabulation process where the candidate with the fewest votes is eliminated each round until one candidate holds the majority among remaining candidates

Requires voter approval through a ballot question at a regular state/municipal election or special election, with the Town Counsel preparing a summary of the legislation for the ballot

Grants the Town Clerk authority to establish tiebreaking methods and promulgate rules necessary for implementation

Takes effect immediately upon voter approval, applying to town elections occurring 90 days or more after acceptance
