Authorizes the Committee on Children, Families and Persons with Disabilities to conduct an investigation and study during the General Court recess

Covers seven House bills (H.217, H.237, H.240, H.245, H.255, H.274, H.294) addressing topics including: resources for pregnant and parenting families, direct care worker medication administration registry, electronic decelerators for persons with disabilities, prohibition of painful procedures on persons with disabilities, family child care homes, bill of rights for homeless individuals, and surveillance in out-of-home care facilities

Committee must file its findings, recommendations, and any draft legislation with the Clerk of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2026
