Prohibits insurers from applying higher deductibles, coinsurance, copayments, or out-of-pocket limits to epinephrine injectors than those applied to other covered prescription drugs

Defines "epinephrine injector" to include both FDA-approved auto-injectors and FDA-approved pre-filled syringes containing pre-measured doses equivalent to auto-injector dosages

Amends six chapters of Massachusetts General Laws (32A, 118E, 175, 176A, 176B, and 176G) to ensure comprehensive coverage across all regulated insurance markets
