Authorizes the House Committee on Revenue to conduct an investigation and study during recess of the General Court on 10 consolidated bills related to veteran tax benefits

Topics under study include increasing property tax exemptions for disabled veterans, establishing homestead exemptions, providing tax filing assistance, modifying residency requirements, and exempting certain disabled veterans from motor vehicle excise taxes

Committee must report findings, recommendations, and draft legislation to the Clerk of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2026
