Requires all public, private, and charter schools (pre-K through grade 12) and all public and private higher education institutions in Massachusetts to post comprehensive food and nutritional information on their websites for students with medically restricted diets, including celiac disease and food allergies

Mandates that school websites include policies and procedures for safe handling of gluten-free and allergen-free meals, along with monthly menus and nutritional information for these dietary options

Requires schools to provide instructions for enrollment and access to restricted diet meals, contact information for food service personnel, and contact information for disability and accessibility services

Adds Section 102 to Chapter 71 (K-12 education) and Section 21 to Chapter 73 (higher education) of the Massachusetts General Laws
