Allows Peabody public safety personnel to use an affidavit as evidence of a pre-employment physical examination when applying for Accidental Disability Retirement if the employer cannot locate or failed to maintain the original records

The affidavit must attest that the member underwent an examination and that it revealed no evidence of the disabling condition for which they are seeking retirement benefits

Applies the presumptions under Sections 94, 94A, and 94B of Chapter 32 (which cover heart disease, cancer, and lung disease presumptions for firefighters and police officers) to Peabody public safety personnel
