Authorizes the Committee on Financial Services to conduct an investigation and study during the General Court recess on eight health insurance-related bills (H.1118, H.1120, H.1156, H.1196, H.1210, H.1255, H.1320, and H.1375)

Topics under study include health insurance staffing during evenings/weekends/holidays, patient access to primary care, shared accountability for uncollectible patient obligations, unpaid deductibles, AI health communications and patient consent, preauthorization processes, and bundled service pricing

Committee must report findings, recommendations, and draft legislation to the Clerk of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2026
