Authorizes the House Committee on Revenue to conduct an investigation during the General Court recess on seven pending bills (H.3047, H.3161, H.3220, H.3223, H.3240, H.3969, and H.4105) related to agriculture, land use, and environmental revenue matters.

Topics under study include: harbors and inland waters maintenance fund restoration, urban public access land taxation, MBTA property development tax credits, Natural Heritage and Endangered Species administrative fees, local option tax on shopping mall owners, urban farmland taxation, and gaming revenue distribution.

Committee must file its findings, recommendations, and any draft legislation with the Clerk of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2026.
