Authorizes the Committee on Labor and Workforce Development to conduct an investigation during the General Court recess on four pending bills: H.2077 (employer HR department requirements), H.2132 (commission sales rates), H.2135 (minors engaged in vlogging), and H.2183 (banning captive audience employer meetings)

Committee must file its findings, recommendations, and any draft legislation with the Clerk of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2026
