Town of Westford may grant one additional off-premises license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to Main Street Convenience (MNS Westford LLC and Keshav Realty LLC) at 103 Main Street

License cannot be transferred to another location but may be granted to a new applicant at the same address if they demonstrate good standing with the Department of Revenue and Department of Unemployment Assistance

If the license is cancelled, revoked, or no longer in use, it returns to the licensing authority and may only be re-issued for the same location

Upon receiving the new all-alcohol license, the licensee must surrender their existing wine and malt beverages license, which may then be granted to a new applicant

Local approval from the Town of Westford has been received; act takes effect upon passage
