Authorizes the Committee on Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure to conduct an investigation and study during the General Court recess on 12 House bills covering telemarketing solicitation, billboard advertising, corporate radiation limits, consumer privacy protections, automatic sign-up prevention, dental hygienist scope of practice, agricultural equipment right to repair, interstate dental licensure compact, cosmetic labeling, and emergency price gouging

Committee must file its findings, recommendations, and any draft legislation with the Clerk of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2026

Consolidates review of House documents numbered 322, 361, 363, 378, 389, 402, 403, 444, 452, 455, 458, and 469
