Additional subjects include local board of health bans on legal consumer products, flea market sales restrictions, Russian-made product bans, animal-tested cosmetics regulations, wildlife rehabilitators, motor fuel price displays and pump warnings, and digital coupon requirements

Town of Avon would be authorized to grant one additional off-premises alcoholic beverage license

Committee must file its findings, recommendations, and draft legislation with the Clerk of the House by December 31, 2026
