Authorizes the Town of East Bridgewater to issue up to 4 additional off-premises liquor licenses (package store licenses) beyond the limits set by Section 17 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws

Licenses are non-transferable; if a license holder ceases operation, the licensing authority may grant the license to a new applicant at the same or different location

New applicants must provide letters from the Department of Revenue and Department of Unemployment Assistance confirming good standing and payment of all taxes, fees, and contributions

All other provisions, restrictions, and requirements of Chapter 138 (state liquor control laws) apply to these additional licenses

Filed with local approval from the town, effective upon passage
