Topics under study include: MBTA reduced fare programs for veterans, toll discounts for seniors age 65+ on the Massachusetts Turnpike, Ted Williams Tunnel, and Tobin Bridge

Additional study topics include quarterly allocation of Chapter 90 funds and expenditures for municipal road, bridge, and infrastructure projects

Committee must file findings, recommendations, and any draft legislation with the Clerk of the House by December 31, 2026
