Authorizes the House Committee on Transportation to conduct an investigation and study during the General Court recess on four transportation-related bills (H.3633, H.3651, H.3668, and H.3717)

Topics under study include public transit expansion funding through new fees, local delivery of Registry of Motor Vehicle services, discount toll expansion for Revere, Chelsea, Winthrop, and Essex County residents, and transportation fund distribution regulations

Committee must file its findings, recommendations, and any draft legislation with the Clerk of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2026
