Regular monitoring of land, air, and water pollution levels from discharge is required, along with recommendations to mitigate negative impacts on affected industries

Report with findings, recommendations, proposed standards, and any necessary legislation due to Joint Committees on Public Health and Environmental and Natural Resources by December 31, 2026
