Authorizes the Committee on State Administration and Regulatory Oversight to conduct a study during the legislative recess on five proposed official state designations

Proposed designations under review include: the Blanding's turtle as official state turtle, Spring Peeper as official state frog, "Roadrunner" as official state rock song, Bell's Seasoning as official state seasoning, and Eastern Brook Trout as official freshwater fish

Committee must file its findings, recommendations, and any draft legislation with the Clerk of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2026
