Topics under study include access to statements of financial interest, making Presidential election days state holidays, election day as a legal holiday for state/municipal employees, and corporate filing requirements

Additional subjects include designating the Black Swallowtail as the official state butterfly, proclaiming April 25th as parental alienation awareness day, and September 20th as LGBTQ+ veterans day

Includes study of a proposal to grant Lampson Brook Farm in Belchertown to the Nipmuc Indian Development Corporation and New England Small Farm Institute

Committee must file its findings, recommendations, and any draft legislation with the Clerk of the House by December 31, 2026
