Authorizes the Committee on Labor and Workforce Development to conduct an investigation and study during the General Court recess on 15 House documents related to collective bargaining rights, worker compensation, wages, and other labor issues

Topics under study include collective bargaining for mosquito control employees, minimum hourly health improvement wage, warehouse worker protections, railroad workers earned sick time, and independent contractor classification

Additional subjects include workplace violence prevention for human service employers, COVID-19 worker compensation for emergency/medical personnel, wrongful discharge, and heat/cold stress protections

Committee must file its findings, recommendations, and any draft legislation with the Clerk of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2026
