Additional subjects include construction contracts, supplier diversity recertification, Commonwealth building projects, design-build proposals, and State Treasurer operations

Special commission proposals to be studied include establishing a municipal building finance authority and placing county registries of deeds under State Secretary oversight

Committee must file its findings, recommendations, and draft legislation with the Clerk of the House by December 31, 2026
