Authorizes the Committee on Tourism, Arts and Cultural Development to conduct an investigation and study during a recess of the General Court

Study covers four House bills: H.3586 (procurement services for artists), H.3589 (establishing a choreographer laureate), H.3593 (creating a poet laureate position), and H.3600 (tourism marketing investments)

Committee must file its findings, recommendations, and any draft legislation with the Clerk of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2026
