Authorizes the Committee on Revenue to conduct an investigation and study during a recess of the General Court on two matters: taxation of digital advertising services (H.3089) and revenue requirements for smoking bars (H.3207).

The committee must report its findings, recommendations, and any draft legislation to the Clerk of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2026.
