Topics under study include portable benefit accounts for app-based delivery drivers, sales tax for replacement of stolen vehicles, insurance stamps for motor vehicle liability certificates, and insurance surcharges for expired inspection stickers

Additional topics include motor vehicle insurance discounts for marijuana impairment education courses, transportation network company fees, and moped liability insurance

Committee must file its findings, recommendations, and any draft legislation with the Clerk of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2026
