Authorizes the Committee on Labor and Workforce Development to conduct an investigation and study during recess of the General Court on three related bills (H.2095, H.2176, and H.4208)

H.2095 addresses non-disclosure agreements related to claims of discrimination, non-payment of wages or benefits, retaliation, harassment, or public policy violations in employment

H.2176 concerns employer disclosure of immigration status to conceal violations of state wage, benefit, or tax laws

H.4208 relates to damages for employees aggrieved by violations of the Massachusetts Wage Act

Committee must file its findings, recommendations, and any draft legislation with the Clerk of the House by December 31, 2026
