Authorizes the Committee on Financial Services to conduct an investigation and study during the General Court recess on six health insurance mandated benefits proposals

Topics under study include: colon cancer screening for patients under 50, hearing aid coverage, colorectal and breast cancer screening coverage, elimination of cost-sharing for colon screenings, voluntary female sterilization coverage, and pharmacist-provided opioid use disorder treatment coverage

Committee must file its findings, recommendations, and any draft legislation with the Clerk of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2026

Consolidates House bills 1169, 1216, 1286, 1297, 1308, and 4014 into a single study order
