Authorizes the Committee on Financial Services to conduct an investigation and study during the General Court recess on eight health insurance-related House documents (Nos. 774, 1080, 1202, 1203, 1205, 1246, 1318, and 4181)

Topics under study include prescription drug regulations, copay assistance for branded drugs, maximum allowable cost lists used by pharmacy benefit managers, pharmacy services contracts, preferred pharmacy networks, a public health insurance option through the Commonwealth Connector Authority, non-profit hospital contracts and investments, and pharmacist participation as preferred providers

Committee must file its findings, recommendations, and any draft legislation with the Clerk of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2026
