Authorizes the House Committee on Financial Services to conduct an investigation and study during the General Court recess on eight health insurance mandated benefit proposals

Topics under study include insurance coverage for: vitiligo treatment, gender-affirming health care services, excess skin removal surgeries, maternal and pediatric health, aphakic lenses following infantile cataract surgery, autism services, medically necessary tattoos, and medically fragile students

Committee must file its findings, recommendations, and any draft legislation with the Clerk of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2026
