Authorizes the Committee on Public Health to conduct an investigation and study during the General Court recess on 19 House documents covering medical procedures, vaccinations, public health systems, and other public health issues

Topics under study include: mandatory vaccination policies, restaurant food allergen disclosure, municipal fluoridation opt-out and bans, direct primary care services, transportation for cognitively impaired hospital discharges, pregnancy resource centers, newborn screening for Lysosomal Storage Disorders, and xylitol labeling

Additional subjects include: healthcare practitioner advertising, school immunization medical exemptions, commercial fish labeling, food truck licensure, patient rights to support persons in healthcare facilities, and sudden unexpected death in epilepsy prevention

Committee must file its findings, recommendations, and draft legislation with the Clerk of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2026

Representative Thurber of Somerset dissented from the committee's recommendation to adopt this study order
