Authorizes the House Committee on Revenue to conduct an investigation and study of 19 House bills during a recess of the General Court

Study covers tax relief proposals related to veterans, seniors, and agriculture, including sales tax exemptions, property tax relief, income tax exemptions, and various tax credits

Veterans-related bills include proposals for sales/meals tax exemptions for veterans' organizations, vehicle registration fee relief for disabled veterans, property tax exemptions for 100% disabled veterans, and excluding student loan forgiveness from taxable income for disabled veterans

Senior-related bills include income tax exemptions for elderly persons, tax exemptions for families caring for elderly relatives at home, property tax relief for older adults, and tax credits for age-friendly employers

Committee must file its findings and any draft legislation with the Clerk of the House by December 31, 2026
