Authorizes the House Committee on Revenue to conduct an investigation and study of 15 revenue-related petitions during a recess of the General Court

Petitions under study address topics including: excess tax revenue transfers, payments in lieu of taxes (PILOT) for state-owned land, bilingual education trust fund creation, public disclosures by publicly-traded corporations, inventory tax elimination, waiting periods for new taxes, contingency fee auditor elimination, and gaming licensee property tax payments

Committee must report findings, recommendations, and draft legislation to the Clerk of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2026
