Requires partnership with school districts, social-emotional learning experts, Massachusetts Association of School Psychologists, Wayfinder Inc., and workforce development agencies

Proposes seven competencies: Self-Awareness, Adaptability, Empathy, Collaboration, Agency, Purpose, and Responsible Decision-making

Creates a statewide resource for schools to support students in developing skills to thrive in the 21st century
