Amends Chapter 69 of the General Laws to add Section 1U requiring opioid use disorder education as part of existing drug, alcohol, and tobacco use education standards in Massachusetts schools

Required curriculum topics include: understanding opioids and how substance use disorder develops, identifying opioid overdoses, locating and administering naloxone, destigmatizing naloxone possession, and awareness of medical amnesty protections for those who help during overdoses

Applies to school districts, charter schools, approved private day or residential schools, and collaborative schools, which must incorporate the standards into existing curriculum such as health education

Authorizes the Department of Education to apply for federal, state, or other funding to implement the education requirements
