Adds "health education" to the list of core academic subjects in Massachusetts curriculum standards under Chapter 69 of the General Laws

Requires health education standards to be age-appropriate and medically accurate, covering: growth and physical development, physical activity, nutrition, reproduction and sexuality, mental health, family life, interpersonal relationships, disease prevention, safety, substance abuse prevention, consumer health, ecological health, and public health

Requires school districts with human sexual education curriculum to notify parents/guardians and allow them to exempt their children from any portion through written request, with no penalty for exempted students

Mandates re-evaluation of the foundation budget for classroom teachers, instructional equipment, and professional development to ensure sufficient funding for health education

Effective date: July 1, 2027; explicitly states no MCAS exam on health education will be required
