Information must include references to firearm storage requirements under Section 131L of Chapter 140, suicide prevention resources, and behavioral health resources

Model content must be published in English and multiple languages based on local community needs, with annual review by the department

School superintendents and school committees must annually distribute the notice to parents, guardians, and staff, and post it on district websites
