Establishes the Interdisciplinary Climate Literacy Trust Fund to support K-12 climate education, funded through legislative appropriations, grants, gifts, and donations, with money remaining at fiscal year-end retained in the fund

Creates a 10-member Interdisciplinary Climate Literacy Advisory Council including youth leaders, environmental justice representatives, educators, and climate science experts to develop guidelines for district-level climate literacy plans

Authorizes districts to implement plans covering causes and impacts of climate change, environmental justice, policy solutions, climate activism, and how to evaluate and communicate credible climate information across science, math, arts, history, civics, and social sciences curricula

Requires funding prioritization for schools serving economically-disadvantaged students, environmental justice populations, and communities facing disproportionate climate impacts

Mandates annual reporting to the legislature by October 1 on fund sources, expenditures, recipient districts, and educational materials, with reports made publicly available online
