Requires all bus drivers, monitors, and qualified attendants transporting school-age children with disabilities on special transportation vans to be trained and certified in first aid, including CPR

Defines "special transportation van" as any van, bus, or motor vehicle used exclusively or primarily to transport school-age children with disabilities or other persons with disabilities

Mandates school districts provide written reports to transportation personnel identifying any sensory, neurological, emotional, communication, physical, intellectual, or health impairments that may affect a child's safety during transport

Written reports may only be provided if required by the student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) or with written parental/guardian consent

Amends Chapter 71B of the General Laws by adding new Section 8A
