Adds "special medical status" as a new protected class under Massachusetts fair educational practices law (Chapter 151C), defined as conditions due to ADA-defined disabilities or the receipt or refusal of any medical treatment (preventative, curative, or palliative)

Prohibits educational institutions from discriminating based on special medical status in admission decisions, expanding existing protections for race, religion, color, sex, and national origin

Extends anti-discrimination protections beyond initial admission to cover "continued enrollment," preventing schools from expelling or dismissing students based on protected characteristics including medical status

Amends multiple clauses of existing law to ensure consistent application of the new protected class across all educational discrimination provisions
