Allows parents or legal guardians of children with epilepsy or other seizure-inducing illnesses to authorize school bus drivers or bus monitors to administer prescription anti-seizure medication during emergencies

Requires a letter or prescription from the child's primary care physician documenting the condition and need for emergency medication administration

Schools must promptly notify school bus service providers of affected children and provide copies of physician documentation

School districts must provide training to bus drivers and monitors on recognizing seizure emergency signs and symptoms and administering anti-seizure medications

Amends Section 54B of Chapter 71 of the Massachusetts General Laws
