Requires the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, in consultation with the Department of Early Education and Care, to issue guidelines for K-12 neurodiversity education, subject to appropriation

Establishes a 9-member commission to study and recommend approaches to neurodiversity education in early childhood, elementary, and secondary public schools

Commission membership includes the Secretary of Health and Human Services (chair), one House member, one Senate member, two neurodiverse adults, and representatives from DESE, EEC, and the Massachusetts Teachers Association

Commission must report findings and legislative recommendations to the governor and legislature within 4 months of the act's effective date
