Creates a new "School Supplies for Teachers Program" to provide financial and technical assistance for public school teachers to purchase school supplies online through approved ecommerce vendors

Eligible teachers must be employed in good standing at a Massachusetts public school with primary responsibility for classroom instruction at least 60% of each school day on average

Department of Elementary and Secondary Education required to establish the program, create necessary policies and regulations, and identify authorized software providers to operate a user-friendly online purchasing platform

Local school systems and public schools must certify teacher eligibility for user accounts that allow access to allocated program funds

Program implementation is contingent on appropriation of funds by the General Court or availability of other funding sources
