Doubles the dedicated sales tax revenue allocation for the Massachusetts School Building Authority from 1% to 2% by amending Chapter 10, Section 35BB and Chapter 70B, Section 2 of the General Laws

Prohibits the MSBA from denying applicants an invitation to apply for school facilities grants solely based on the age of the system needing repair

Allows the MSBA to consider system age as a factor when reviewing and prioritizing applications for approved school projects and reimbursements

Permits the authority to prioritize repairs of older systems while ensuring no application can be rejected based on system age alone
