Audit must evaluate alignment of pathway offerings with state and regional labor market plans, employer demand, postsecondary degree/certificate programs, and industry-valued credentials

Report must assess student participation and outcomes including postsecondary attainment, employment status, and wage earnings for each pathways program

Requires analysis of equity of access to pathways programs across all student groups regardless of background or geographic location, with recommendations for improvement

Report must be made public and presented to the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and the legislature's Joint Committee on Education
